Payment for your appointment
Fees: Full Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card and is due at the time of service. I have a limited number of clients for which I provide services on a sliding scale. Sliding scale options need to be discussed before meeting for the initial session.
Insurance: In order to make therapy as affordable as possible, I am committed to working with the insurance companies of my clients. Most of the clients I see get reimbursement from their insurance at their 'out of network' rates. You can check with your insurance company for details on your 'out of network mental health benefits'.
For your benefit, I will provide a detailed invoice complete with all the information your insurance company needs for reimbursement.
Secure Online Bill Payment:
All online payments should be made through the secure patient portal. You can find the link to the patient portal on any email appointment reminder. On the patient portal, you can fill out forms, change credit cards, and print out invoices for insurance reimbursement. I will assist you with this process during your first session.
