In our practice, we work as a team to ensure the highest quality of care for you and your family during the childbearing years. We are committed to providing you with a relationship that is secure, non-judgmental, connected, and respectful. We utilize a variety of leading edge research supported approaches for the perinatal population including CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Mindfulness-based therapies.
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) are the most common medical complication during the childbearing years with symptoms that range from mild to severe. Without proper detection and treatment, PMADs can affect the parent-child bond and the physical, emotional development of the child. However, it is important to note that PMADs are temporary and treatable conditions.
You are not alone. We have set up the practice to get people in for a session in less than 1 week. The sooner you contact us for help, the sooner you will start to feel better.
